What is New Stand?

How do I contact New Stand?

How does the New Stand gifting process work?

1. Get started. You can choose to subscribe to New Stand Drops immediately or try our next Drop. Just select your program and number of employees.

2. Check out. All major credit cards are accepted.

3. Select recipients. Send the Drop(s) you selected to your team by providing us with their email addresses (through the post-checkout dashboard link).

4. Redeem. Those team members will receive an email link to choose where their Drop is delivered.

How do I place an order?

You can easily purchase individual or multiple pre-scheduled Drops for your company on this site. Add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your order. For help customizing your company’s gifting program, get in touch at hello@newstand.com.

How do I assign Drops recipients?

After completing your purchase on this site, you will be directed to our Order Management Dashboard. Here you can enter the email addresses of your Drops recipients. This step ensures that team members receive a redemption email from us.

What happens after an employee receives the Drops redemption email?

The redemption email includes a link to secure the gifted Drop. Team members will be prompted to submit their shipping information, which completes the redemption process.

How long will it take for employees to receive their Drop once they’ve redeemed it?

Single Drops (as well as the first Drop in a pre-scheduled series) will be eligible for redemption and shipment the following month (i.e. Drops ordered in October will ship in November). For accurate shipping cadences, refer to the shipping information on the gift-box product page for each specific Drop.

Please keep in mind that exact delivery timing may vary based on the date of purchase, due to production windows and when Drops are redeemed.

Where do we deliver?

We are pleased to offer delivery nationally to all 50 states. International availability is in the works but not yet available. Stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

After recipients redeem their Drops, shipments are delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. During this period, your team will receive tracking information to keep them updated on delivery progress.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide for $15. Shipping fees per Drops ordered (by number of gift boxes) are added during checkout.

Can I include a personalized message with Drops gift deliveries?

Yes. After checking out, proceed to the Order Management Dashboard where you can include a personalized note while adding recipients’ email addresses.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us at orders@newstand.com or fill out the form above to discuss modifying your order.

What happens if an employee does not redeem their Drop?

If an employee does not redeem their Drop by its redemption-expiration date (within 30 days), they will lose the option to redeem that Drop. Don’t worry—we’ll send a number of reminders to the given email addresses to help make sure team members don’t miss the redemption window.

Please note that the cost of unredeemed Drops will not be refunded, so we do recommend encouraging your intended recipients to complete the (easy!) redemption process, in addition to our automated reminders.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for Drops orders, and you will receive all orders purchased. We are committed to providing a positive Drops experience and are available to assist with any issues regarding your order.
